In terms of reference (vine museum, vinothek, information centre) and based on the predominant regional building materials our proposal derives from implanting local characteristics in our design while interpreting these in a modern sense.

The building complex submits on one hand to the urban planning (historic construction borders) and on the other hand pays tribute to the townscape with its formal significance (quotation of the locally typical pitched roof) and a new handling with broken/ polished stone layers for the facade and the roof.

The design of the external areas follows the topographic elevation and creates two terrace-like, south facing external spaces of different character quoting with the connection stone stairs the regional vineyard landscape.
